Trying to order sandwich, have reviewed all form options and when I submit the form I am told to review all form options. I have. This happens on the website too.
The app works, but it’s always a frustrating experience due to the lack of organization and overly complicated user flow. But it does work!
Jimmy John’s food ROCKS!
I’ve had my order messed up numerous times to the point where I can’t eat it due to dietary restrictions. The only option in order to correct issues like these, is to call the store. But that isn’t helpful when the store doesn’t answer your phone calls. it’s a great app and a great convenience, especially when I’m at work. However when my order is messed up, it’s quite a hassle, i have to spend so much time to get this corrected while I’m on my lunch break.
Need a way to track my order. There is no way to view when my order is on its way nor does a message show up when the food is here. Inconvenience especially at 2pm in Arizona.
