Horrible!

This is the only app available to order tickets online for my local theater or I would DEFINITELY be using something else. The app kicks you to the movietickets.com website which is one of the worst managed and clunkiest sites on the entire web. If you’re going to charge a convenience fee, at least make buying tickets convenient.

Useless gift cards

Stay away. There is no way to use the gift cards to buy movie tickets. The website was down when I tried to use gift cards.

Something happened

I used to use this app and enjoy it. I bought tickets right from inside the app. Never had a problem. Last night when I tried.. it opens the website? Why the heck would I do that? The whole point of an app is defeated if you can’t avoid a terrible tiny web interface. Update this app. Let us buy tickets via the app. I’ll update my review at that time. Till then this app is terrible and a waste of time. I’ll probably use a competing app.

What’s the point?

No matter what you try to do in this app it makes you go to their website instead. It kind of defeats the purpose of the app. Waste of space on your phone. Don’t bother downloading. Would give it zero starts if possible
