It does not work after the update. It keeps on crashing and it does not even allow me to sign in using my registered account. I'm giving this a 1 star since this time this apps is USELESS.
Worked great before the update - now it won't even start!!!
I upgraded and now I cannot get an issue downloaded. It says downloading catalog but nothing happens. Even the two extra tabs on breaking news, etc., don't work! FIX THIS!
Why can't Inquirer offer a simple version of a smart phone or tablet app like ABS-CBN's Android app that is predominantly text in content and has minimal graphics? Is the development cost for Inquirer's app content the reason they charge for a subscription? To be fair I suppose Inquirer has little cross-selling advantage unlike ABS-CBN, which in turn benefits from offering a truly free smart phone and tablet app because it encourages users to explore their other media outlets.
The "least I could do" is a star... It should have been a no star... I guess this department in PDI is dying... I would pay if the price was reasonable... What is reasonable? No paper used(Subtract that)... Lots of advertisements(Should at least give a discount)... No delivery logistics... There are lots of reasons for a digital copy to be at least a quarter of the paper copy... I hope somebody high up there is paying attention...
