Like so many other reviewers of this app, I subscribed and can’t view the the subscription content. I tried to contact them through the app feedback section as that seems to be the only place to contact them. I received no response.
I subscribed but I still do not get access to content. I’ve tried restoring purchase. It says it is unable to. I want my money back.
I paid for a year doing an introductory campaign. I have never been able to open it on my Android. Completely a waste.
I subscribed for one year but now in a Catch 22. I still keep getting the window. The App Store says I am subscribed for one year. When I attempt to restore my purchase, I get a message the restore of my purchase failed. When I attempt to subscribe, it says I am already subscribed. So I still cannot see the stories I am subscribed to. Also when I went through the process for support, I got no reply back. Addl info: I called Gannett Customer (NO) Support and was unable to get the issue fixed and said it was an Google issue. They did not care I had receipts and notification of the subscription. I ended up asking for a refund. This would be no star app if I could give that low of a rating.
I am a long time home delivery subscriber. This digital ap is a pain in the butt to get signed into. When I attempt, it just locks screen and spins and spins and spins Garbage
