I love KLM and the app is actually pretty nice but a few things have been broken for awhile now that I’d like to see fixed before I update my review: * Airport selection on Mobile in landscape shows up in a narrow unreadable column * App Support on the app page here leads to a dead link (against App Store requirements) * There’s no way to report bugs within the app or even here to help you know about these issues! Least you could do is give up an email address! * Flying blue status seems to cache for months and be out of sync in various places
I can’t figure out how to use Google Pay to pay for my tickets. I don’t think it’s supported.
This app like other apps have a big design flow, they do not provide a 12hrs and 24hrs in advance trip notifications to their travelers who have their itineraries booked in their apps. A mayor flow, as companies can send so much junk as notifications they should incorporate these reminders as a critical important design improvement.
After some flights were changed the app now won’t show the first part of the trip even though it’s with partner Delta and it shows other Delta flights. I tried uninstalling, logging out etc. but no luck. I think this app needs a serious overhaul.
Over the years it’s gotten slower, and simple actions now require so many steps. The visual design is also not intuitive at all . 5 years ago the app was great because it was so simple, now it’s really poor… because of Air France? Either way, have a look at some other airlines who actually have great apps, eg AA.
