Doesn’t work

After the last update the app doesn’t work at all

Awful.

Doesn’t recognise my phone number, doesn’t recognise my password. Called to try and get it sorted out and the message while I was on hold kept telling me how easy and convenient the app is, I got so annoyed by it that I just hung up. Why is it so hard to find a half decent phone service in the UK? Can’t wait to get out of this garbage country.

Is it possible any time I want to open the app to go on with number authentication? We are at the 19th century ? There are so many authentication methods. Have hear about FaceID, fingerprints? Boarding very boating. Wake up.

Crappy

Constant blackouts now. At least twice a month starting in 2023 complete service is down almost all day. No reason given. No apologies. But they will charge you anyways. Ormai continui blackout. Almeno due volte al mese a partire dal 2023 il servizio completo è inattivo quasi tutto il giorno. Nessun motivo fornito. Niente scuse. Ma ti faranno pagare comunque
