Cannot believe a tata service so bad..cannot manage the pack on app which was available previously. Earlier version of this app was so much better. If you are not on whatsapp, you cannot use this app. Shame! Thinking of switching it to another provider.
Unable to view my channels live. App tries to force the user to add more channels. Most frustrating indeed to use the the app.
Every time Tata play recharge is due message comes the app hangs. Have to reinstall app every time. This time that also not helping. It’s staying frozen
I doubt the team even know how to build an app. The basic functionality of updating the subscription of channels is not working.
