Simple and elegant, placement of ads is very good, updates changes from phonebook rather fast too. One feature that would make this even more awesome would be to show the character count of the message.

I wanted to manage groups on my Android and send group sms - got the free version and then upgraded to the full version. Everything works perfectly including the group management and synch nicely with mobileme account. Easy and elegant interface indeed.
Had no problems with the app. It did exactly what the description said. The PAID app allows you to create groups, have not tried that one yet!
