Used to work but now I keep having to re enter my club as a favorite. I’ll get a banner notification that one of my favorite teachers is a sub but then I go to the app and it’s not there!!
The app opens to a bunch of junk that should be on pull down menu. When I arrive I can’t get my member card up by the time I get to the desk.
For some reason the app seems to only count checkins every other day. 🤷🏻♂️ certainly not a deal breaker because i don’t really use the check-in history part, but i noticed it recently and this seems like unexpected behavior for the app. Otherwise, the app is usable but very slow to navigate. I mainly just use it to scan in when i arrive.
This app is so poorly designed.. I reset my phone recently and now it won’t even open my mobile card and the front desk at the Gym doesn’t have a fricking clue how to fix it.. all they keep saying is delete app Wait a couple of days and the problem should resolve itself.. i mean really.. how fricking clueless is their staff.. Please fix the app!!! Pronto
It’s incredible annoying and inconvenient that you have to use this app to check in at the gym. Would much rather a non digital option, especially considering this app takes too long to load. Checking in with a slow app that takes a while to load is not ideal at all.
