Issues

Let’s not put the QR code to scan into a club at the very TOP of the screen. This makes it impossible to scan in without tilting the scanner upwards to account for the height of a smartphone and it’s just a stupid oversight. Also, do we really need to tap “view membership card” multiple times to get the QR code? I have five seconds from when I reach the door and remember to open the app to check in at the counter. It should be easily accessible in one tap.

Might as well not even have an app

If you’re going to pay money to develop an app at least hire good devs. The app crashes all the time, bunch of bugs, and it’s also not user friendly in the slightest. I deleted the app and just sign it using my phone number at the front desk. Just have offline barcodes for paying customers that don’t want to download trash apps.

False Advertising

Nearly a year ago it was advertised that ESPORTA would bring 24/7 hours. Yet they still haven’t even returned to pre-Covid hours. The place is always packed, weights are never racked, always a line for equipment but they hold the line on reduced gym hours.
