Here we go again, the App has stopped giving point!

Used To Be Fun And Useful

Developers have stripped all of the point earning activity out of this app and apparently provide no support. Don’t bother downloading it. I would not be surprised if it’s heading for being removed from the App Store - and probably for good reason.

Hardly ever works

Scanning receipts hardly ever works. It’s been like this for a while. It doesn’t give me points except on rare occasions, then it gives me an error message.

Redeeming reward

I have been trying since before August to redeem a reward. When it wants to verify my device the phone number they want to text is not mine nor has it ever been.the phone number in my account online is correct. I have sent multiple messages to support to get this corrected and only get the automated email stating it “is currently being reviewed by our support staff”. When I go to Checkpoints on line it shows 6 requests open dating back 5 months. There appears no other way to contact Checkpoints, no online chat or phone number is available. I just want the reward I have earned.Very disappointed!
