I am a very pleased Fresh Direct member. I recently purchased the delivery pass and it has been a game changer
I have been a FD customer for 15 years and I have got very frustrated and disappointed with the quality services over the past few year which has gotten even worse in the past year. The fresh products are not as good as they used to be and it seems that the items are just thrown in the bags without any care at all. I recently had to throw almost my order because of a chicken breast package that got damaged and leak on everything single item. Sure I got a credit back but still had to rush to the supermarket to shop for the week… and that was episode of a a long list of annoying little things (fruits not ripes or too ripes). And what is up with using a small carton box for one tiny item ? I am seriously considering canceling my delivery pass as there is no point having food delivered at my door if the quality is not there.
The app used to be great but now is worthless. Just constantly hangs on me when ever I try to shop for goods. Installed and reinstalled countless times. Still just freezes when you try to add to the cart. Worked great for years but now worthless. Use the website.
