Old account deleted and Lux missing

My existing account is not recognized anymore and the whole movie theatres in Luxembourg are missing + the English language support ... Not a big improvement for us foreigners. Please fix that.

Why can’t I login?

I have an account and password but the app won’t accept it.

Deletes your account after some time

After a little while it suddenly deletes your account and you have to create a new one losing your history. Also as the app is confusing to navigate on an Android, easy to make a mistake in the purchase of a seat, then no way to go back so you have to restart the process, but your seat stays “taken” for almost an hour so you can’t get it back unless you are very patient and lucky on the second attempt.

Buggy, slow, unreliable

Many many bugs, bad rendering, long update times and ultimately being unable to turn of Notifications (off setting doesn't get saved) caused me to remove the app
