Fox News for Android

The latest updates now randomly open the App Store taking you to different games to download. It’s like they have embedded a function to try to get you to download something so they can get paid like you clicked on an ad, but now no ad needed. Update, it’s also like there is a random timer that tries to get you to download games. I am so close to deleting the app! 7/11/22 The app has been deleted from my Android, it is unusable. Every minute or two it would open the App Store trying to get me to down load a dumb game. Sorry Fox News is not so good that I will put up with the crap. I wonder how much they get paid for the “fake” clicks?

Too many articles with F—- or Bulls—- Then when you read the article the profanity is in it. What happened to just putting (explicitive) ? Deleting app and finding a more conservative one.

Time to curtail the multiple popups which slow scrolling and cause app to intermittently freeze. News is good but the app seems to be overworked and protest by freezing. No other apps open. Gigabit wifi. Android 11 version 15.5

You can’t even scroll and read stories without App Store popping up to try to get you to download sponsored games. Read half a “news” story, get redirected. Go to home page, get redirected. Had to uninstall because fox “news” is not worth that garbage.

Well..came here to leave a review and found I’m not the only one that’s getting tired of the spontaneous switch to the app store in the middle of reading a news article. Also experiencing higher than normal phone temp with the Fox News app open. I’ll head over to the Newmax app now.
