I purchased a ticket with an invalid email address (@gnail.com) meaning i did not receive the ticket. Stubhub will not issue a refund, they have given me the run around for 3weeks 🤦🏾♀️. What i don’t understand is how this email address wasn’t flagged, no one accepted the ticket so how do you complete the transaction? This was my first time using stubhub and will definitely be the last.
I can no longer use our MLB account to post tickets for sale. Home team disabled the offering until StubHub resolves the inventory issues due to their recent “update”. MLB needs a new partner asap!
STUBHUB sold us tickets to a cancelled concert. 4 weeks later and I’m still fighting them for a refund after being promised it would be in my account no later than July 9th, which I have recorded on my phone of this promise. I still do not have my refund. I am currently looking into legal options as they have stolen my money at this point. I truly hope this company goes down in flames because with a 1 star rating on BBB and over 6,000 complaints in the last year alone you have to see what a joke this company is. Do yourself a favor, save the headache and purchase from any other site but this!!!!
I can’t easily buy or sell in the app any longer. If the point of this update was to make me use sellers other than stubhub, it was a success.
Why did stubhub get rid of the feature that scans in the bar code directly?? Now i have to “scan text” from the ticket which is significantly less automated than when the app would scan the bar code directly. And more likely to make mistakes as well! This went away with the latest update to the app.
