The current bug du jour is that the articles in the app have no comments available. Oh yes there is the comments button. It’s just that if you select it the comments are unavailable. It’s been like this for months now so perhaps it’s like one of those snap-chat streaks where they just want to keep this malfunction going for as long as possible. In the meantime I’ll enjoy my articles about corporations that do not care about their customers… hint hint.
Like many others, I have given up on Slate. Virtually all the columns are blocked. I would rather put up with ads than pay.
