1. You may have been exposed to the concept of the now through reading a self help book on the subject, some of the most popular being “The Precious Present” by Spencer Johnson M.D., “Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, and "Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World" by Mark Williams.
2. If you find a bug, need help, or have a feature suggestion, please just email me at [email protected]. Leaving a one star review for me to fix something is both pointless and in poor taste.
3. Daily mindfulness reminders to help you to pause, reflect, and refocus on the present moment.
4. Love, love, love to pause a few seconds to read the great affirmations and quotes.
5. Like all self help books, they only help if you put the concepts into practice and that is exactly what The Now was created for.
6. The quotes always relate to what is going on in my life at that moment.
7. Makes me stop, take a moment, reflect and reminded of how in each moment I have a choice.
8. "I love all these quotes.
9. Downloaded over 150k times with a lifetime 4.6 star rating.

I am not to pleased with this apps selection in photo choices. There was a instant photo pop up with just woman’s legs up in the air with only wearing black stiletto heels. Now my 8 year old daughter seen this as we often enjoy reading them together as I explain a little about the meanings of them.
Now many of the images are less than meditative: a Mercedes race car, a really ripped dude and an Android. What?
LOVE READING SOMETHING POSITIVE EVERY DAY😊‼️
