When on chat in the mobile app the box where you type disappears when typing. Forces me to get on desktop. Otherwise love the app and use it a lot.
I’m trying to order a stamp pad and it keeps forcing me to look at a bunch of Reebok junk, including video ads. I don’t use an office supply app to order clothes and shoes. It also won’t allow me to set my store location. It keeps taking me to the Reebok junk. Please make it stop. In the meantime I’m off to Office Depot.
I cannot believe a major company like Staples would release an app that performs this poorly. It’s like the Android was just barely released and Staples built a prototype app using their lowest paid employees on the sales floor (definitely not software engineers).
Searching is useless if you can’t filter by out of stock items.
Placed my first order with staples online. After the credit card was charged, but before being able to see the confirmation number/receipt, I was FORCED THROUGH NO LESS THAN FIVE SCREENS to decline additional stuff!!!! Warrantee was not one of them mind you. That space between the card being charged and the receipt soured the first impression. Has that happened prior to charging the card the sale would have been lost. Terrible cheap tactics.
