The app itself is good. I loved it. I purchased the lifetime and now trying to log it, but it say no subscription found. Tried to restore it, but didn’t work. Also contacted the app developer, but never heard back.
I started out on the free version but most of the exercises were locked so I upgraded. Unfortunately they do not tell you that you can’t use this app across multiple devices and I made the mistake of downloading to my Mobile (bigger screen). So now I have to lug my Mobile around with me or pay for the pro a second time to use on my Android. The other thing that is so frustrating is that got a new Mobile and I forgot my password and they don’t offer a “forgot password” option even though they ask for your email. Now I can’t log in at all. I emailed the developers over a week ago and still have heard nothing. Don’t get me wrong, the exercises are great and work for the most part but if you decide to upgrade to the pro, be sure to pay the extra for the family or multi-user option if you want to use on more than one of your devices. Also, be sure to remember your password!
I have paid for the lifetime subscription but it doesn’t allow me to use what I paid for.
I bought lifetime membership but it just quits when I click restore purchase. I’m on iOS 14.4 Please fix this issue.
