Even my old aunt is more aware of problems...

NZZ used to be called “Die alte Tante” back in its paper-only days, suggesting a need for both, respect and patience. My real life aunt turned 100 last year, yet she seems to be more aware of problems to be fixed than NZZ is. Both NZZ apps (Android and Android) have been largely dysfunctional for months, there isn’t even an Mobile app for regular NZZ subscribers, and the e-paper app tells me my subscription is insufficient, without informing me what or how to change this. As an Android phone user with an Mobile, I have been unable to read NZZ without annoyances for months. What am I paying my monthly subscription for? Is anybody at Falkenstrasse in Zurich aware of the damage done?

I like the app overall, but ever since I got a new phone it doesn’t work anymore

Trying multiple times to install and reinstall the app it does not work at all. Nothing happens you can not login nor does any content come up.

I am drawing a blank

Worked well for a couple of months, now all I get is a blank screen. If you like the void of information go for it, if you are looking for news move on.

Some functions don’t work.

Great content from a great newspaper! However, functionality of the App for Android and Mobile leaves much to be desired. I cannot access my Merkliste or Leseemphelungen on the App, as i can on the Website. Also, it would be Great if I could highlight and copy text on the Android App. Finally, we need a dedicated Mobile App.
