An utter piece of junk

Worthless. Takes you on an endless loop and accomplishes nothing. Asks me to log in, so I log in, which it accepts. Then trying to use a function - such as change a delivery or track a package - it then asks me to log in. Log in again, try to use a function, asks to log in. Have tried this on phone, tablet and desktop.

Honestly the app is really good, it just shows how bad UPS is at delivering goods.

Love this app it lets me see my packages sit places over days instead of being moved to me. Not once since I’ve used ups have my packages arrived on time, thanks to this app I now know why. UPS should use this app to see how they really aren't “logistics” as they claim to be. And maybe get in the realm of reality when it comes to the transport of peoples goods. Love the app UPS on the other hand needs lots of work tho!!!!!!! UPS you get 1⭐️. You made an app that exposes your ineptitude and you didn’t even realize it hahahahaha

Unable to update account

I've recently moved and have been unable to change my address - been getting "Invalid or missing PDP Token." I'm also unable to add my phone number or email with the error "A system that is necessary to fulfill your request is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Both have been issues for months. The app feels like it was thrown together by college interns over a weekend and obviously doesn't get enough funding for development.

Why isn’t it working any longer

Every time they update this app you can’t sign in or it says you have to wait four hours. However I’ve waited for days and I still can’t get in. This app is absolutely horrible. USPS and FedEx are so much better!! Fix it so you can sign in as we normally have.
