I’ve used Listonic for years. It’s the best system for lists that I’ve ever found. I would be lost without it.

Lots of options for managing lists are not available in the Android version
Two people can’t share a list on this app. They never sync timely.
All and all this is great for couples or roommates who share groceries. It’s a categorized list across devices. A few gripes keep it from 5 stars: - Doesn’t remember category changes for items - Delete purchased items should be the main delete button and delete list should be the one in the more options section - Doesn’t confirm before deleting lists
