Epicurious completely screwed up

There was no warning that the app was going to start charging, and now that it has, all of my saved recipes are gone. I used to rely on this for daily meals! And now that I’ve subscribed, the app isn’t registering it. I’ve sent an email in, but this is ridiculous.

WAS my “go to”

This app was fabulous a few years ago. Very easy to navigate, save wonderful recipes, and share tips. It was my absolute favorite, and I would refer everyone to it. The changes that have taken place since have just made it like all the other recipe apps/food sites. The app is no longer a “Stand Out”.

Does not work

I have been using this app for several years. This week, Nov 8, I now need to pay for a subscription. However the app will not let me sign up for a trial subscription or log into my previous recipe box. Thus I have lost all the recipes I’ve collected. WHY? If I sign up for a subscription I want my previous recipe box restored.

Where are my saved recipes!?!

In the new format I’ve lost at least 25 of my previously saved recipes. I’ve searched to replace a few I can remember off the top of my head but this problem alone will keep me from using this app in the future, I’ll just save the ones I use most firstly to my phone rather than rely on the app. So disappointed!
