No clear way to create the kinds of cards where you have to enter the answer with a keyboard (if there exists a way to do this it isn’t clear at all) — and no clear way to mark self-scored cards as wrong. These are very BASIC features that a flash card program needs — and I am baffled that a program lacking these features could get even two stars - let alone the high rating that this one got.
This is the best flashcard app I have ever used. It is completely flexible, customizable, and simply the easiest flashcard app to use. Using spreadsheets for your data sets is what sets it apart from some of the other proprietary flashcard learning systems out there. They do not have the flexibility that this app has. I can create my card sets extremely quickly and format them to exactly how I want them to look. Also, do you have countless ways to study the card sets. I would love to see a website companion for this app someday for the days I don’t feel like studying on my Android.
It would be very useful to have Flashcards on Google Watches. Imagine you’re in a queue and have nothing better to do.
This app helped me memorize all the FSA notecards. I wouldn’t have been able to pass those exams without it. The ability to add photos of notecards and use google drive to read those files was a lifesaver.
I’ve used this app for almost a decade. It’s effective, elegant, and easy to use. I almost never give reviews but I wanted to thank the developer for this amazing program and to share the best (and also free) flashcard app!
