Never forget anything ever again. For example, pays for itself many times over by setting reminders on renewal dates, free trial periods and subscription offers. Set reminders to cancel before the trial ends, or to lock in special deals before the deadline, or to renegotiate before the rate increases. Time to water plants, take your medication, rotate your tires, check your tire pressure, change the oil, have the wheels alignedā¦etc., etc., etc.!!
Iām a long time user. Before i chose Toodledo many years ago I had tried more than 5 different apps out there. Itās been a great experience and keeps getting better. Love it and works great for me.
Iāve used this app for over a decade. Itās always been great, but one of the more recent updates caused it to start crashing. I told support and they seemed interested in helping but never did. Itās now been over a month and the problem persists. Disappointedā¦
This app has done its job well. I have a very busy life at work and at home. It keeps me in check. I like how I can alter it to my needs. I recommend this app
Update-3: Well, we thought it was a goner, but, it's not. So glad because this remains one of the premier task managers that actually helps you actually get things done. Unfortunately, in the meantime I have started using SORTED3 and really like it a lot. As I have time I plan on going back to this fantastic app and seeing if they have fixed the very few but important workflow issues I have been having with it over the years. Update-2: Dear developer, youāre product is awesome. And, Iām so close to being able to stop right there except for these two items: 1) I/We really need drag-n-drop reordering of unscheduled tasks. This may seem counter intuitive for a ātask managerā, but like it or not, many of us live a reality of needing to get tasks on a to-do list that do not yet have a definable schedule. Iāve tried entering fake schedules and that turns an incredible tool into a counter-productivity tool. 2) This is one that has been very frustrating to deal with since the beginning, and as far as I can tell is only an issue with the mobile app, because the desktop versions seems to be more intuitive this way. Here it is - When I select a category from the left panel [in iOS] the Plus [+] button in the center panelās lower right-hand side, when tapped, should open a task-entry window that is inside of that category, but instead, it always takes me back to the In Box and I have to manually select the category it belongs in, every single time. I use 2Do A LOT. This has caused me to lose stuff more than several times because I know Iāve entered it but forgotten that it has, by unchanged default, been put into the InBox rather than the category I so very carefully selected before entering a new Task, Project or List. Iāve looked everywhere in the mobile app and cannot find a way to change this behavior. I implore you, can we please change this. If Iām missing something thatās already there, please do not hesitate to set me straight, publicly - my ego is subservient to my need to get things done. Cheers! Update-1: Yup, still needing that drag-n-drop list/task reorganizing thing. Thanks. Update: One thing I keep forgetting to bring up here - I really need to be able to reorganize the Tasks within my Projects with drag-n-drop. The Priority levels are good, but most often I just need manual control over reorganizing my Task order after itās created. I create lists/Tasks with ToDo Lists and Projects, spontaneously, and they always need to be reorganized after theyāre created. Thank you. Nope, Iāll admit it - This is the best all around task manager as far as Iām concerned, and Iāve looked at a lot of them. Out of all of the ones Iāve looked at only three could cut it: 2Do; OF3; Thinks 3. And, to give a little perspective - When I narrow down a playing field of apps I donāt just dabble with them, I train myself to use them and stick with them until I know my way around very thoroughly, itās the only way you can really understand if the appās workflow is a good development or not. And, if it is, it still has to be whatās right for YOU. That second part I canāt answer for anybody else (at least not without understanding their unique requirements), but, I can say with confidence that 2Do ranks among the highest quality task managers and strikes just the right balance between being simple and fast and yet full-featured and empowering for getting things done. (Which means that there is a learning curve.) My only suggestion for the developer is to bring this wonderful tool to a Linux distro ... Maybe a Debian distro? Anyway - itās very good. If you donāt believe me, just read the other reviews. (This has NOT been a paid review.)
