App fails miserably. Could not import booking crashes. Can’t make new booking - unexpected error. Contract costumer service….400 questions. Customer service makes it impossible to log a problem. How does someone tell you that your website is down? It’s impossible.
when trying to book a car today the app said the flight had already landed. yet every flight tracker program shows the flight being 2 hours late. so it had NOT landed. thus i couldnt book a car. poor qa testing or poor app design when i tried to selwct without flight details it got the date wrong when confirming the purchase and no ability to change it poor qa. poor design/coding
We’ve booked the car, got no evidence something is wrong. Booked our whole trip, but manager just told us - there is no car at all, go to Avis. Company haven’t refund our hotels and everything else.
These guys only take CHASE, CITI, and REALLY SPECIFIC CARD TYPES, refused a rental due to having a virtual wallet card despite being at a major bank and ended up being a huge waste of time, please have such a warning before throwing me into a silly refund process now 🙄
Been trying for hours. The Sixt app can’t find my reservation and when I go to look it up I get an “code send to” nowhere error. I can find it in the website.
