Poorly trained employees

I order online and I pay online. I just want to pick up my food. I’m standing at the counter being ignored by the employees packing the food. Nobody acknowledges me while my food is ready and just needs to be handed to me. Finally I stop them and ask for my food. This has happened twice.

Me and my whole family LOVE Zippy’s and this app is massively improved from the previous version. It maintains the functionality with superior performance. So easy to use and so many new added features that I think I’ll be eating at Zippy’s more often just so I can have this awesome online ordering experience!

Store currently closed

When ordering through the app it states that the stores are currently closed when it’s not. Couldn’t pre order my take out. Had to wait 15 min for my order in the store.
