This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s not clear at all where your fees are. You have to do some digging to find them before it’s too late and your child is left without lunch or aftercare. PayForIt.Net & PaySchoolsCentral are an abomination. It feels like the apps and websites are made by a team stuck in a 1990’s web design class. The wording for the options are obscure. When selecting meals the page loads with each selection you make. So instead of clicking each checkbox without interruption, you are forced to wait for the page to reload every time you click on a checkbox. What should take 1 minute ends up lasting 3 sometimes 4 minutes. It’s utterly incomprehensible the way this app and website are designed. It’s pretty clear that the developers didn’t sit down together and map everything out in a coherent manner nor did they test it out on a consumer before releasing the final version, nor did the stakeholders check to see if everything was smooth. And if they did do all this then by God I don’t know what else to say.
Incredibly ineffective and inefficient. The developers must only have one child or no kids at all. Parents with 2 or more who may not attend the same school require to set up two accounts with two different emails. Then, every time there is an update to the App the PW gets deleted. Now you are contending with the crap of app to try to update it. At least ish has a purpose. This app can’t even amount to that.
This app is horrible. Try to pay for my daughters field trip which was $475. I paid the the trip off in November. Then this app took another $100 out of my account again. This is not to mention I can’t see my payment history, my messages, anything that could be scheduled. This app is nothing but a joke. DONT DOWNLOAD IT. School need to to stop using it.
Every time I open the app it tells me I have to do a mandatory update but it takes me to the App Store and then just says open. No update. Been doing this for about 6 months.
I wish I could give it negative stars! This app is always glitching and doesn’t work. I always have issues logging into the app.
