Like the concept of the app and the rewards but I can’t get any of my purchases to verify. Always gives an error even though I’m filling everything out correctly.

App fails to install

This app used to be really good and I could log in to get points from daily logins and adding blogs/promotions for favorites, but ever since the end of August when they did some server maintenance nothing has worked ever again. The most I can do is login daily, but I can no longer get the monthly points for adding blogs/promotions to favorites, so I completely missed out on points last month because of "Server Error" popping up. Also, daily login isn't working like it should. After a week of logging in, you're supposed to get 5 bonus points, however, there's been times where I went two weeks without the bonus points. Essentially I learned to look at the point history, login for 6 days, and then on the 7th day login on the website to guarantee the 5 extra points. This should not be like this!

The App used to be good, but after I accumulated a certain amount of points referring my friends to join and logging in every day I noticed the endless Server Error messages popping up. Eventually this is designed to keep you from earning daily points and the bonus 5 points on the 7th day or being able to keep up a streak for seven days in a row. Same for “liking” an article so that you can earn five points for three articles each a month. The actual rewards themselves have also disappeared and you have to use the actual website to circumvent these issues which largely dismissed using this app most days. It’s a shame as there was just an update and it fixed none of these issues. Eventually the points will also look like they’ve disappeared entirely and that could last a week or so before they return.

Honestly this is the best way to get steam chas in my opinion. The only complaint I have is that the speed is pretty slow, but other than that it’s a really good app.😀
