It is not possible to edit the names of the accounts. I had an account get automatically named with my username rather than the name of the site itself. This will cause all sorts of confusion the moment another site does the same thing. Authy lets you edit account names; it’s hard to see how this could be overlooked here. I’m a heavy Dashlane user so this flaw is disappointing. If it’s fixed I’ll amend my review and come back (unfortunately this is far easier than dealing with their support, which requires you to email twice, or have your ticket auto-closed.)
It is a little silly to require 2FA for the regular Dashlane IOS app. If someone has my phone, managed to get it unlocked and the authenticator is on my phone… all a person has to do is open the authenticator app to get access to all my passwords. So all that functionality does is annoy the user- I dislike it greatly so that is why I turned off 2FA and deleted the app. Otherwise- it is a good app, plenty of time to put the authentication code in when it is required.
Love the idea of pulling these all into one place, but this doesn’t need to be a separate app. Should just be a section in the main app.
