It never lets you put your 13 code number for your rewards in and work. Its bogus to me because we had 4 receipts after ordering for our party group and we didnt get any “rewards”
How do I order an egg biscuit on the app? Not enough customization available. If you truly want customers to use the app make it flexible enough to allow for customization. If I can order it in the store, I should be able to order it on the app.
I have tried twice to use this app. First time it wouldn’t ever load. I uninstalled it and a few weeks later tried again. This time it won’t accept my receipt barcode number for reward points. It just gives me an error code. There is no option to scan the barcode you have to enter the 13 digits and then the error pops up; no help feature either. :/
