Great concept. Inaccessible support.

What works is very cool. But if you need support, you’re lost in space. “App Support” and “Developer Website” links give 404’s — both on the web App Store and the Android App Store. There’s no “support” option inside the app. Even the About is odd: I doesn’t show the app version. For my Android XR (current iOS and lots of space) the app crashes then you try to save a picture or video. No apparent way to fix it. Developers need to give users access to support. Or else it’s just a 1-star app.

Mars AR App is Fantastic!

Seriously, this App is amazing! The 7 minutes of terror is a little hard but I’ll get used to it. Everything is flawless! However, these are minor issues, but I would like it if there was a wider selection of rockets to launch such as the delta 2 or for a crewed mission to Mars, an SLS rocket both crew and cargo. And to land more landers on the surface to virtually build the Mars base camp. Also, it would be nice to have the ability to go inside the modules of the Mars base camp. And to pilot the exploration vehicle. Other than those things the overall app is totally accurate and so cool.
