The product is effective & easy to use.
Everything has worked great for months but it keeps logging me out now. Today I could not even select the login button. I tried to reset my password to bypass but ended up in the same predicament but with a different password.
Love the scale; however, after the last app update the scale no longer syncs to Google Health.
I will be returning this tape measurer. In creating an account i kept getting a failure error. Reached out to the chat. I was told that there was a issue and they are working on it. Which is fine but when I asked how long it’s been down I was told “not sure” I asked for a estimated time of resolution and again was told “not sure” was asking to see if I should return the product if this is an on going problem. The support was rude and I will be returning the product based on not being able to set up and horrible customer service. I am a chat rep for another company and was so disappointed on the way the agent handled the chat. They need training on empathy and how to correspond with their clients.
