I love this app so much, from the appropriate age meal, to the checklist of foods, to the meal ideas for the day, week or month. I found this app to be extremely helpful I started with the free version and eventually saw the value and helpfulness it has, you won’t regret buying it. The best of the best for my kid and I can’t thank this app enough for all the foods and meals it’s introduced to my baby and family, yes family! It’s very fun and exciting looking through the app as a first time mom like “omg my baby can eat this too??” It’s pretty amazing, you won’t be disappointed!

So helpful and worth it!

One of my fave apps

What a life saver for blw parents! I don’t know what I would have done without it. It has the most comprehensive guide for all things blw. Run by pediatric dietitians, slps, feeding and behavior analysts, and so full of incredibly useful information, tips, and recipes. I am constantly opening it for recipe/meal ideas or if I have a question about certain foods or behaviors.
