fix the update

app worked fine before the update. now i can’t get into the app at all. shows me an error message. if this app exists and worked fine prior, why screw it up with an update? clearly your developers need to get it together

Payment Issue

Me and my partner first time using this app for our first apartment and it said we didnt have funds which is lie we do so now they added 15$ extra on our rent which makes NO SENSE. We called our bank told us no transaction took place , if we paying rent through an app should come out automatically. Horrible ….. we are hoping our second payment goes threw if not deleting it HORRIBLE…

Doesn’t work

After downloading it puts up Welcome screen with next button. Will not go past the welcome page. Next button is useless

Absolutely Unacceptable

I download the app for the first time, and it’s frozen. I don’t know how anyone would release an app that’s non-functional. Unfortunately, my landlord chose this app.There is a multitude of alternatives that function reliably, efficiently, and user friendly
