How do I return this purchase? I got this product to be able to clean my ears. I get it and it works for one day and now there’s no internet connection when I try to connect it. Why do I need to connect it to an internet anyways to make the camera work? Let me know how to return this purchase or i’m suing. This is a scam and anyone who gets this return it immediately. I’m getting frustrated now. If i could put 0 stars i would 😭😭

I AM UNABLE TO INITIALIZE. DO NOT PURCHASE! I bought two; and neither I nor my son can initiate them. I will be promptly throwing them in the trash.

If you’re reading this, I’m sorry to be the one to tell you, but you’ll be returning your device or pitching it in the trash. Maybe it works on Android? I haven’t tried; doesn’t seem worth the effort. The app will not connect to the device. Doesn’t matter that you joined its SSID and gave the app LAN permission. I’ve tried everything from cycling WiFi, power-cycling the device itself, to reinstalling the app. Followed instructions, then tried my own experiments. Nothing. I happen to write mobile apps that talk to custom hardware for a living, so don’t feel bad that you can’t get it to work either. It’s not you. Another 5-star-rated piece of landfill merchandise from Amazon. 👍

For the people have problems connecting… u have to connect the scope as a wifi connection in settings then press the power button within the app. Hopefully this will help.

I’ve only seen 1 review that said no problem connecting with this app. Can’t connect with my I-Pad today at all. However last night I did connect and on my first try. Today it asks to connect my device and after I do exactly the same as the first time and am redirected to another site which asks me for my payment information even stating I wouldn’t be charged for this free app on the top of the page. Why then would it ask me for my financial info? It then goes on to say that only the first month will be free and recurring payments of $39.99 will be due. The device wasn’t free and from the short time I actually used this app, I wouldn’t pay $.99 for it. I will be returning this if I don’t hear some logical explanation to validate this. Why I cannot use the app, why charge people so much for it since when purchased it was “free” and that was only 2 days ago? While using the app one time and seeing the “features”offered I think the best feature was choosing a language. Nothing much there for $40 per month. I would not recommend this app to anyone even if free. It will be returned if not resolved asap. Thank you for the headache though. It’s been 30 minutes since I told the truth about this scam app and now it’s not even visible. It was no worse than all the other negative reviews and I believe the few positive reviews were left by employees or the scammers themselves. I’m doing research and complaints to get to the bottom of this rip off. It’s complete trash, not worth the aggravation just like the Chinese scammers who can’t make money any other way. Be warned criminals.
