Biosense by Readout Reviews

No Longer Reliable

Apparently this app hasn’t been updated in a year and it shows. The results significantly underreport my actual ketone levels compared to my blood ketone checks, usually a firmware update corrects this but I haven’t seen one in a long while. I’m unable to change my email and the web portal doesn’t work either. This appears to be abandonware now.

Overpriced and Undependable

I’ve been using device for around two weeks. It is buzzy and annoying undependable. Overpriced at $300. Yesterday it locked up in the preparation mode. It would not proceed to take a measurement state. Today I did a restart multiple times. It got to the point where it would eventually get to measurement state and take a measurement. But the progress display (blue bars) doesn’t work now. And the device shows it needs the cleaning cycle performed. I ran cleaning cycle 3 times but it still shows it needs cleaning.

Makes following the keto diet easy

I have gone on a ketogenic diet before but this device and app make it so much easier. It's extremely motivating to know where I am with ketosis.

Graphs don't work

Except for the ACEs, the graphs don't really work.

Hit and miss

Recently, the app has been crashing significantly I can’t even click on my profile on the Me tab the only thing I can access is the Home Screen. I can still take my ketones but that’s it . App is worsening needs a updating a patch or something for the constant crashing
