Their refund policy is ridiculous. They were about to steal 20 bucks from me until I mentioned disputing the charge with my financial institution. I canceled a subscription within and hour of starting, before I finished onboarding because the service was unclear. They tried to give me $9 left of my $30 until 2 days and like 7 emails later. They have bad values and are dishonest from my experience. The rep was professional and probably just followed policy.

sounds like others are going through the same thing i am with cerebral. I cant get them to get in touch with the doctor to fill my medicine. I am having horrible withdrawals. I put in a request to refill my rx 5 days ago.

If you have literally never seen a therapist or psychiatrist this may be a good place to start, but that’s the best I can say at this point. The therapists you’re assigned to are not licensed. You get to choose who you want to see based on a photo and their biography. But at the end of the day, they’re going through materials provided by Cerebral that they can read to you and then send you. For basic anxiety and depression work, it may be fine. For deep work or overcoming trauma, look elsewhere.

Tried for two months. Got a antidepressant script the first month. Didn’t have a refill and couldn’t get an appointment or in contact with anyone for several days. Thankfully my pharmacist gave me a small amount of medication until I got it sorted. Fast forward 4 weeks, I’m almost out again, and go the pharmacy for a refill because my prescriber told me I would have refills for three months this time. Didn’t happen. Messaged on the app and they said they wouldn’t send any refills until I had another appointment even though I had my second appt less than a month ago and was told I would have three month supply. Nearly had to withdraw cold turkey from a strong antidepressant bc they’re incompetent. They also tried to sell me my script through their online pharmacy even though I explicitly requested it to be sent to my pharmacy the second time. Had to call back and forth for an entire day to have them cancel the delivery and just send it to my pharmacy. Try at your own risk. Don’t be surprised if your left to come down from an antidepressant cold turkey because you can’t be helped for days. After they charged me $85 for the third time and I cancelled bc I had to go find and pay an actual doctor to write the script, I asked for a refund and the refused. What a ripoff.

They make it so easy the first time you choose, and if it’s not a good fit, the process for finding another provider or counselor is ridiculous. It’s not efficient at all, and you can only change anything or ask for help by email or phone. Not cool.
