TLDR: Pros: Detailed models and clothing, large resort area to explore, photo and pose versatility Cons: fanfic-like story, dubious customer service I started playing this game not too long ago. I like the character models a lot and the facial customization options are good. The clothing is really pretty too. I especially enjoy the special animations you get with 5 and 6 star clothing. You don’t need the full set for the animation either. Just the dress. I like that. Collecting every single piece of a set can be a real hassle. The graphics aren’t as smooth and lifelike as Dress Up Time Princess, Shining Nikki, or Life Makeover but they do a great job with what they have and it doesn’t feel like a drawback at all. They put a lot of effort and detail into the models and items. I want to end on a positive note so let me first mention the things that keep me from giving perfect marks. Firstly, the story. The story is not the best written and I can’t tell if it gets better later on or my standards just lowered some to compensate. The idea is interesting but the execution is lacking. I will admit that it held my attention. I am still curious about what will happen next. That and the necessity of level progression is keeping me going. I will say that I feel like the world may never fully recover from the Twilight series as there are definitely some major plot points in here that feel inspired by it. Take that how you will. Those with a low tolerance for writing that can often feel like fan fiction will struggle through the story but, to its credit, it’s certainly not a boring story. Second, I’m uncertain about the customer service. Better that you don’t need to contact them for anything urgent since they currently don’t seem to have a great track record when it comes to being timely with responses. With this most recent issue they did compensate with gems and stamina once they fixed it so there’s that. Photos are fun for showing off your character and styling. You start off with a number of poses and it goes up from there pretty quickly as you upgrade your character so there are a lot of options. Adding to that, the standout feature of this game for me is the resort. A surprisingly large island type of area with different themed locations you can run around in to complete tasks, socialize, chill, and take photos. There are many items you can interact with as well. As an example, I took a funny photo of my character enjoying a barbecued meat skewer. Your 5 and 6 star dress animations will play out in this area as well when your character is idle. Again, great for photos and, honestly, great for showing off too if you’ve been lucky enough to win a rare outfit from their gatcha events. Haha. Anyway, I absolutely love the resort. Life Makeover seems to have done something similar with their homes but it doesn’t feel as free or expansive as the resort so at this point I would say that the resort feature in this game is one thing it definitely has over every other mobile dress up game I’ve played so far. Oh! And one more thing I noticed. I’ve purchased the monthly pack for this game, and I love that it will save your missed daily gems in your mailbox. I like not feeling like I’m actively losing money by not logging in every single day. (Thank you for this. Please never change it.) With all that said, I’ve really been enjoying the game. I can see myself playing it consistently for a while.

The Fashion Dream network in North America is down and has deleted so many peoples accounts including mine. Not worth investing your time into this game especially if it’s just going to delete all your progress. Don’t spend money on it! They’ll just delete your account.

Really great game and very f2p friendly! Really enjoyed it so far! Pretty outfits and lots of opportunities to get the premium currency and high tier outfits! However my account suddenly reset/delete itself despite me not deleting the app or anything. I want to recover my account but since I didn’t tie it to anything I understand it probably can’t be recovered :( I really don’t want to have to do everything over again.

I played for over a month, then one morning after logging into my Google account, all my progress was gone.
