After update new path I couldn’t see my Items in my backpack

It is extremely infuriating that I get punished for doing better than my teammates yet I am the one getting points deducted from me while everyone else I reported get away with ruining the game. I could see why this game is only popular in the Asian regions now.

This game is the worse. As soon as you speak out about how players acting you get penalized for it. You all should stop making games. I hate this game and would never recommend to no one.

This game has 5 main problems: (1) Poor Design: Ever heard the joke : “it’s not a bug, it’s a feature?” That’s what it is. Its battle map is the worst. The blue and red teams see the game map in mirror images, with left and right flipped. This is terribly uncomfortable and simply lazy design/programming. The Devs could have implemented reverse-mirroring, but it’s too lazy to do so and simply call this bug a feature. (2) Messy User Interface: whoever does this game’s UX/UI is sloppy. It’s quests are hidden all over the user interface. Some quest rewards are hidden in the Ranked-Match page, some are hidden in Hero page, etc. (3) the ridiculous “Player Punishment” System: the game has a “credibility score” system, and you can lose points by simply getting kicked off the game (game crashing). Yes, they punish YOU, the users, for their bugs. You can also lose credibility points by performing poorly in a “practice match”. Yes, PRACTICE. (FYI, the more formal matches are called “Ranked Matches”.) For example, I am skilled with melee, but sometimes I want to explore the game’s ranged shooting aspect in a practice. If/when I do poorly as an archer—bam! I lose credibility score because some salty teammates are upset about someone doing poorly in “practice” and “report me” to the game’s admin, which automatically lowers my score without question. If you take practice so seriously, why do you call it practice? FYI, if your credibility score is low, you earn less gold from the game and can even be barred from accessing Ranked Matches. If you are going to punish players for “practicing” new things, then don’t call that game mode “practice”. (4) irresponsible moderators and community managers: trolls are normal in every game, but racists who spew racism and even racial violence are NOT OK. There are people who spew racial slurs and even advocate for physical violence against certain races, and the game’s admin simply downplay it. If reported, maybe just dock off a few “credibility points”, that’s it. In other words, being toxic and saying racist and physically violent threats (illegal, btw) has the same punishment as having a game crash? (5) incomplete product: this game is not a finished product, and some features it claims to have are not fully fleshed out. For example, it says target lock allows us to drag skill over enemy icon to release it, but so far, maybe 2 out of its 50+ heroes can utilize this feature, for the rest of the heroes, target lock does not do what it claims to do. My verdict: stay away. I give it 2 stars because some of its character graphics are pretty.
