The the nutrition measurement is all wrong for the banana protein pancake it say 480 calories , 21g of protein, 72g of carbs and 12g of fat.. when I calculate the measure on my own it came out to 1812 calories way more than half .... 130g of protein 254 grams of carbs and 30.5 fat... I know it is for bulking but this is just trying to get you fat... wow
I liked that he shows videos of him doing the exercises. Big plus. Just wish there was more variety of exercises as the weeks come along. Also I would love to see more combinations of exercises per workout rather than one body group per day. For example chest with triceps, back with biceps, etc..
