This app has been a method for me to learn to take it easy in life and to document what makes me happy
This app would be pretty good if I was able to use all the features. Any of the categories under “choose your method” (when you click the plus button) are frozen. Meaning I can read the description but can’t scroll down to start the activity. “Challenging core beliefs” is one example, but all of the sections are the same. I paid the subscription but canceled since it’s not usable. Once this bug is fixed I will provide a more updated review of the app. They also need to add either a pin or face unlock.
This App is a great way to keep track of my mental health.
