Nothing compares to the rook brand. It’s the best coffee ever- I won’t go anywhere else !
The app feels kind of useless because once you order, instructions tell you to ONLY enter the Rook store when your order status changes to “ready/finished.” The problem is the order status never changes, and even the ETA is usually 10-15 min after your order is actually done. I ordered at 12:25, and my app said ETA 12:45. At 12:40, I walked in and my order had been sitting there for over 10 minutes. If I had waited for an alert to tell me when to come into the store, I would have been sitting in my car for over an hour and 10 minutes. You guys need to change your instructions or get your employees to actually hit the ready button when an order is complete. I got a notification my order was ready an hour after I picked it up.
There should be an option to schedule a pick up time. The app keeps saying “Error order not found” or “Network error” which my connection was strong.
