Preregister

If you’ll be visiting Qatar you definitely need this app to go anywhere. You need to do the preregistration part (submitting vaccination records) before you try to login. Otherwise it will just look like it’s never sending you the text verification code.

App issues

Installed the app, and during registration the application behave strange, upon filling the boxes, one by one, during third box (I’m from outside Qatar) all the information goes beyond the screen and even when you try to scroll down to complete the process the window keeps go up beyond the screen and no way to finish the process, tried with hot line but no success and no app support to report the problem properly!! Thus one star!!

Exceeding number of activation

first golden frame disappears with both the doses and booster of covid vaccine, while trying to login again, it shows exceeding number of activation. one can not go outside without green Ehteraz, many people facing the same issue facing many people, kindly fix it asap.
