After getting suckered into downloading notes plus x, I opened the app and it did nothing. It went straight to its iCloud Drive folder, and from there, I have no clue where the functionality is. I cannot find it, since the app doesn’t return to an app interface as you’d expect with any application. Don’t both. It’s a waste.
I’ve used Note Plus for a number of years and it was one of my favorite apps. I thought the migration to Notes Plus X would address the bugs that have been present for the last few years, but it has actually gotten worse. Please repair this application or refund my money. As of 5/25/2022, app will not open .pdf files. This is an important function that need to be restored. I’m using an Mobile Pro 12.9 (3rd Generation)
Every time i use the eraser the app crashes and I lose all my work.
I have been using Notes plus for almost 5 years. I really liked the app and used it daily. HOWEVER upgrading to NotesX has been a disappointment. I have stuck withit for 8-10 months, expecting that the bugs and glitches would be worked out. Some have, but there still consistent ones, and MOST concerning occasional “crashes” where you can loose a page or two of notes. This is not often, but is not acceptable, esp. if they are not recoverable. I am likely to go back to NotesPlus, which my wife still uses. But it is frustrating as imported all my notebooks into NotesX and there does not seem to be a way to take them back. I am running it on a new Mobile 8 (or was new when I upgraded to Notes X). So hardware should not be a problem.
This app is not ready for release. I just lost a second set of notes. App crashed and all pages now blank. I'll be going back to the original app, which (fortunately) I have not deleted. There are lots of new features that I like, but I can't risk my notes again. I'll try back in 6 months and hope the bugs are worked out. I love this app. It's the best note-taking app I have found. But, I can't risk using the new version any longer. April 17, 2022 came back to see how it was coming along. Still my favorite app for hand-written notes, so I want to see it work. So far, no loss of pages, but parts of words still disappear while writing. Submitting video to dev. Still unable to use, ATM.
