Here recently I’ve been getting logged out and have to keep logging back in with my phone number but it won’t even let me do that it just says and unknown error occurred.. please fix this!
Everyone I met in this app lied about where they lived or worked or nationality.
I used to love using this app, then out of nowhere I was banned from using the app. I never violated any terms of service that I was aware of, I tried to get in contact with Upward via email and through their Instagram, where I was ignored, had my message viewed, and then was blocked from their Instagram account. Terrible service to the point I decided to leave a review. Hope this gets resolved.
My matches and messages aren’t all showing up like I’ll get a notification for them and then they aren’t there so that’s kinda disappointing and like y’all recommed people several miles away, like up to 600 and I know distance can work for some but not for most so it would work better showing the ones in the range we selected… not a bad concept though
I started using this app around an hour ago and already have 99+ likes and super-likes but I can’t see who likes my profile and I’m not sure I can message anyone unless I pay… it would be a much better experience if we could at least message others.
