The delivery tracking is worthless, automatically reporting items as ‘delivered’ 30 minutes to an hour before the delivery arrives. This is an ongoing problem.
KFC App provides a quick and easy way to order and pay for a meal. Only suggest that they put a tip option for the delivery drivers.
The worst app you will ever use. They use the payment methods through third party. After you pay they inform you the amount will be refunded in 7 days, sorry put another order and pay again. What a joke!
