But why can’t I choose the learning level with the last update? I can’t find it.

The program is not good

The app looks nice but it's not easy to navigate. The program itself is probably the reason for the difficulty. It's just not good. The app could be the greatest thing ever but the program is a fail. I can get better and more interactive products from a free Android app.

Useless

This app and tablet are pretty much useless The tablet plays learning videos but child cannot interact so loses interest within 5 seconds of the very first video. Waste of money - i can play videos on my tv i Dont need this “tablet” Cannot skip through videos and has same characters over and over

App continues to sway device is offline when it’s not

I have removed and re-downloaded the app multiple time. Did all of the firmware updates and says I have the latest version of the app. Have reset device, unpaired and paired device again; multiple times. Then app will say it’s broadcasting, soon as I select start learning session it says device offline, but again the device isnt offline
