Disappointed

Hard time connecting to phone, lost instructions hoping I could find on app or online no luck, on the positive side it works well when I can figure out how to turn them on and adjust the volume.

No problems with my connection but…

Many reviews show a frustration in the app. Mine worked out of the box. Paired Bluetooth then launched the app and it all worked. but… The app can be improved! So these things are touch activated. Have a setup demo in the app that prompts the end user to test each button. Or put the manual in the app. After a day I forgot what side did what function. Put another Menü in the hamburger - manual

Don’t name your walkers

For the app to work correctly the buds have to be the name it came with. For mine it was Silencer BT 2.0. Once I changed the name back the app started to work again.

New app doesn’t work with Silencer BT

App worked fine for years. Now it doesn’t work with by Silencer Bluetooth earbuds. Please fix this walkers. I’m a big advocate.
