Unable to login

When I first git this camera the app worked and it was a pretty good little camera. Now the app does not allow me to login and after reading other reviews it seems pretty common. The camera can only really be used as a paperweight without the app. It’s a good idea, but if they can’t get the app to work you’re wasting your time and money getting one of these. So glad I only purchased one of these.

This app is terrible.. just like everyone else I cannot sign in. My father in law has same exact issue. I made the mistake of signing out to prove to him that there wasn’t an issue and now I cannot get back in the app. Tried resetting my password and got one verification code sent and once everything was entered in I got the spinning wheel pop up like it’s going to work but then nothing.
